Library & IT Service Desk
The Library and IT Service Desk provides first level advice and support on Library and IT services. Staff at the desk can give advice on all Library services and collections and a wide range of IT services. Support is available online through the online chat service, the ISS ticketing system, by emailing library@universityofgalway.ie, and in person at the service desk which is located on the ground floor in the Library.
The Library and IT Service Desk is open Monday to Saturday during term time, see our opening hours.
