Welcome Desk

The Library Welcome and Get Connected Desk will be open Monday - Friday at the following times:

• 31st August - 4th September: 10:00 - 16:00
• 7th - 11th September: 10:00 - 16:00

The desk is located in the Hardiman Building foyer, just outside the Library turnstiles. Student Ambassadors at the desk can assist with:

Connecting to IT Services:

• Outlook email access
• Eduroam Wi-Fi Access
• Password changing and MFA
• Logging into Canvas
• Find class timetable
• Printing/ print credit/ using printers/ print package software
• Laptop loans

Library Services:

• Opening hours
• How to get into the Library
• Online resources (how to sign in)
• How to find books
• Study rooms
• MakerSpace

Library Tours are available and will begin in the Hardiman Building foyer and last about 20 mins.
